Return and Exchange Policy

If you were sent an incorrect or defective item, we will gladly resend you the correct item once we receive the other item back. Otherwise, no refunds will be given since all shirts are custom made for you. We will email you a label to ship it back to us provided the item(s) are unworn, unwashed and with all original tags attached. Any issues need to be reported within 30 days of delivery. No refunds are allowed on any items unless you receive the incorrect item or size. Exchanges for different sizes or items is not allowed. Measurements are available on each item. Once items leave our facility we are no longer responsible for the item.
